COVID-19 at-home test kits are now available at Napoleon Public Library (upper level). For curbside pickup please call 419-592-2531 ext. 2. It is recommended to begin by downloading the NAVICA app and creating an account.
DO NOT ENTER THE LIBRARY IF YOU ARE FEELING SICK. Curbside services are available or you can send a friend or family member to pick up a test for you.
Please refer to the PDF handout below for instructions. If you need assistance with internet service, please inquire about checking out a mobile hotspot. The tests and telehealth visit with an eMed proctor are to be completed in a home or private setting.
Library hours are currently Monday - Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Curbside services begin at 9:30 AM.
